Dear All,Yesterday, Turkish schools started a new Educational Year. We wish good luck to all of them.
6. International ICT Seagulls National Award Ceremony will take place at Muğla Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk Cultural Center on 3rd October 2009. Circles from Ağrı, Burdur, Sivas and NGO_TEGV will come to Akyaka, which is the main sponsor of the event, to meet the 7 teams of Muğla schools. Mr. Ahmet Çalca,the Mayor of Akyaka, says he feels honour for supporting the educational projects in his town. We are grateful to him. We also feel honour to be supported by the Educational Director of Muğla City_Mustafa Aksan, the Mayor of Muğla_Dr.Osman Gürün and all the school leaders and ICT Seagulls Coordinators of Muğla. They are; Halil Urgancı, Mehmet Acet, Melahat Altınay and Ayhan İçöz.
170 Seagulls will present their cases on 3rd October and then will get their momentums. That night will be celebrated on Akyaka beach. On 4th. all the teams will be taken a cultural tour around Akyaka by the Mayor Çalca and then they will fly to their homes. 7th year of the project will start from then on. Its deadline for Turkish teams are; 30th November and for the international teams; 31st December 2009.
I hope more and more teams will be with us each coming year.
