India, 11. ICSQCC Event Ends

Dear All,
We were in Lucknow, India between 2-6 December, 2009 to participate in 12. ICSQCC. It was a wonderful experience. We were honoured with the International ICT Seagulls Award Ceremony, for the President of Mauritius_The Right Honourable Sir Anerood Jugnauth and the Mayor of Lucknow presented the awards and certificates of the three ICT Seagullls Circles. They were the "Wings" of Little Angels High School and two teams of City Montessory School (Road Map and Helen Keller) which were about the challenged students. I am grateful to Dr. Vineeta Kamran and her wonderful team for this mega event. I have also been proudful with the existence of Sivas team, guided by the Principal Mrs. Solmaz Sezen. I have been waiting for the new registrations of the 7th ICT Seagulls Projects from international participants. Lots of love,
Hayal KÖKSAL

  1. Dear Dr. Koksal,

I am really grateful to you for posting such moments on your blog keeping those who are following the event, though being away from it, aware.

I am from Mauritius and I am really happy to learn that our President has been part of this event. I have participated in 2003 and 2005. I do not know if you will still remember me after meeting not less than 3000 delegates from over the world. We presented a project of Family problems in 2003 and you asked us for a copy. In fact, such a convention can never be underestimated having particularly contributed to shape my personality. I am currently completing a law degree and hope to be again part of this event in 2 years in Lucknow... and why not once again in Turkey.

By the way, I have been several times on your blog last year and saw your appeal to stakeholders to participate in the convention. I did not dare sending a paper presentation for I could not participate in the convention due to professional commitments (yeah, I'm also an adult now and I have a job too like most people! :)

Once again, I sincerely thank you for sharing the pictures with us which made some memories come back. God bless, I am really looking forward to participating in more conventions in the years ahead once I complete my degree.

Let me also seize this opportunity to congratulate you for last year's convention, which I have learned was a success.

Regards and best wishes from Mauritius,
    Lovin Kasseeah
